In case the vehicle you booked doesn't show up, we will arrange a new vehicle immediately. If you want we will offer you a full refund also in case of no show of vehicle.

We try our best to ensure our partners reach our customers on time. But in case of delays, do call us and we will help you out by either providing an alternate vehicle.

Cancellations Related

  • Users can cancel the booking by going to My Bookings Section under "My Profile".
  • The cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the cancellation policy.

Payments Related

You can pay an advance amount online (as requested during the time of booking) by Net Banking, Debit / Credit card or TravelParo Wallet and the rest if any you can pay directly to the driver after completion of the trip..

Yes, the online payment done on is completely safe and secure. We have tied up with 'payU' which uses certified security infrastructure to ensure that your online payment is completely safe. As a company policy we don't store any card details.

TravelParo Wallet

TravelChips consists of all Promotional Cashback earned through which includes:

  • Referral Cashback
  • Loyalty Cashback
  • Booking Related Cashback (Earned through Coupons)
  • Refund of credits due to Cancellation of booking.

TravelChips+ consists of all Non-Promotional deposits in the TravelParo Wallet made through Credit/Debit Card, Net-banking or any other 3rd party wallet.

  • You can add money to your TravelParo wallet from “My Wallet” section in “My Profile” section.
  • Payment can be made from any of these available options
    • Debit/Credit Card
    • Net-banking
    • Other Authorized Third Party Wallets

While using the wallet the wallet credit shall be used in the following manner

  • No limit to use TravelChips+
  • The terms of using the Promotional Wallet Balance (TravelChips) is:
    • 25% of the booking amount or 300, whichever is lower.
    • For offers where upfront discount is availed, TravelChips Credit usage shall not be applicable.
    • TravelChips Credit shall not be calculated on GST or any other applicable tax.
    • TravelChips Credit cannot be used to pay Service Tax or any other applicable tax and shall be payable by the user separately.
